Job description

  • Conduct installations and configurations in accordance with customer requirements and company specifications, from site inspections to final sign-off and acceptance
  • Establish and maintain office network accessibility and functionality
  • Manage and monitor daily operation of IT services including installation of new computer equipment
  • Take control of service situations, including initiation of escalation procedures and following through on all open calls on allocated sites for customer satisfaction (as either primary or secondary engineer)
  • Ensure customer is well informed as to the status of the escalation or resolution
  • Diagnose and perform repairs on equipment and solutions physically or remotely and ensure that relevant updates and patches are applied accordingly on-site or remote diagnostic procedures at customer sites
  • Troubleshoot & resolve IT service issues physically or remotely (computer installation / re-installation and configuration of common office software)
  • Communicate with end users or customers in identifying issues and implement solution

Job Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Engineering, Computer Science / IT
  • At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Desktop Support functions
  • Experienced and trained in desktop and laptops troubleshooting, simple LAN trouble shooting, familiar with Windows Operation Systems

Working Hours

Office Hours (Monday to Friday) – Standby Required

Up to $3,500.00 per month
