Description

  • To maintain the highest standard of room and public area cleanliness and appearance, guest service
  • To be responsible for the upkeep and cleanliness in the Housekeeping Department and Public Area cleaning.
  • To make up beds and conduct room tidiness inspection
  • To maximize cost-effectiveness whilst maintaining the highest possible level of service to the guests of the Hotel and the highest level of productivity.
  • To handle and resolve all guest queries and complaints in an efficient manner and to establish an amicable relationship with all clients, customers and guests of the Hotel.
  • Perform any other duties as and when required by Management.

Requirement

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday when necessary.
